I was invited for a luncheon last week to see one of our old neighbors’ new home so I brought Asian Veggies and Dip. Caroline had emailed me asking for some suggestions for lunch. We meet a lot of times at Misato’s for sushi but she wanted to show us her new digs!!
So in communicating with her we came up with an Asian-inspired lunch menu. Sushi, spring rolls, gyoza, etc. and I brought this Asian Veggie Platter and Dip. We had a lovely afternoon visiting and touring her gorgeous home and finished it off with decadent desserts.
Absolutely perfect!! Thanks again for inviting us all Caroline!!
