Asian Veggies and Dip
I was invited for a luncheon last week to see one of our old neighbors’ new home so I brought Asian Veggies and Dip. Caroline had emailed me asking for some suggestions for lunch. We meet a lot of times at Misato’s for sushi but she wanted to show us her new digs!!
So in communicating with her we came up with an Asian inspired lunch menu. Sushi, spring rolls, gyoza, etc. and I brought this Asian Veggie Platter and Dip. We had a lovely afternoon visiting and touring her gorgeous home and finished it off with decadent desserts.
Absolutely perfect!! Thanks again for inviting us all Caroline!!
