Cowgirl Raspberry Sparkler

The other day I had a package of fresh beautiful raspberries leftover and was wondering what to do with them. It was after I had made Julia Child’s Charlotte Chantilly. I thought…hmmmm… I have some raspberry flavoured alcohols that would go great with these. Also thinking of Stampede and those thirsty Cowgirls out there. So this is how the Cowgirl Raspberry Sparkler came about. It is really refreshing with a “pow” of raspberry taste. Perfect for these hot days we are having.

1 oz. raspberry vodka
1/2 oz. Chambord
7-up or Sprite
Fresh raspberries

Into a cocktail glass filled with ice add the vodka and Chambord, fill with 7-up and top with raspberries. Yummy!! All else you will need is a hot day and a porch.
