Don’t put the slow cooker away in the summer months. This is a great appliance all year round. It doesn’t heat up the house and tacos are nice and light too on a hot day. These tacos are a great way to change up Taco Tuesday!!
Add on your favorite toppings and you are done. For me, I like to keep it healthy with avocados, lettuce, and tomato but you can add in sour cream, cheese, etc. Whatever you like!
This is a great recipe when everyone is coming and going at different times too. The tacos can be easily assembled by anyone! Enjoy this recipe now and all year long!!

If it has to do the slow cooker I am totally game! I am not a person that likes to cook a lot so if I can do something that simple, healthy and delicious I am totally going to do it. I cannot wait to try this meal.

I am a big slow cooker fan so this recipe is for me. This would be perfect for back to school when we are always pressed for time. Thanks for sharing today.
I never would have thought to make tacos in a slow cooker. I would think they would come out soggy, flat, and unappealing. But these look so tasty, I’m going to have to try this recipe!

The chicken must come out super tender and flavorful with that salsa. I’m liking the addition of avocado! I really need to start doing that.
I love making meals in the slow cooker. It frees up so much of my time. I like the addition of cream cheese to the salsa and the chicken.
