Don’t put the slow cooker away in the summer months. This is a great appliance all year round. It doesn’t heat up the house and tacos are nice and light too on a hot day. These tacos are a great way to change up Taco Tuesday!!
Add on your favorite toppings and you are done. For me, I like to keep it healthy with avocados, lettuce, and tomato but you can add in sour cream, cheese, etc. Whatever you like!
This is a great recipe when everyone is coming and going at different times too. The tacos can be easily assembled by anyone! Enjoy this recipe now and all year long!!
