- 3 chicken breasts
- 16 oz. salsa
- 6 oz. light cream cheese
- 8-10 small flour tortillas
- Sliced avocado
- Sliced iceberg lettuce
- Chopped tomatoes
- In a slow cooker place the chicken breast in and top with salsa. Heat for 7-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
- Shred chicken and then add the cream cheese, let cook on high for 15 min. until softened.
- Stir into the chicken and salsa. Serve in tacos with lettuce, tomato, and avocado or other toppings you desire.
